**Max allocation** - Exceeding the maximum capital allocation of $300,000 for 1 and 2 step combined is prohibited. - Maximum of 3 Instant Program accounts allowed, capped at $30,000 total. **Reverse trading rule** - It is not allowed to create trades in opposite directions with a simultaneous duration equal or higher than 60 seconds. If you enter the market with a SELL, in order to trade in the opposite direction (BUY) you must close all your open trades in SELL. **Gambling rule** - The daily and/or per-trade profit limit is $10,000. **News Trading** - In Break accounts, traders cannot open new trades or increase their risk during high-impact news events or market openings. - This restriction applies from 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after the event. - During this time, traders cannot open new positions, add volume to existing positions, or risk more than 2% of the account’s initial balance. - Breaking this rule may result in account suspension. **Bybit Platform Rules** - Adding extra funds to the assigned Bybit sub-account is not allowed. Any unauthorized deposit, transfer, or addition of funds to the sub-account may result in account suspension. - Disconnecting, modifying, altering, or interfering with the assigned API connection is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to disconnect or modify the API connection may result in immediate account suspension. - Spot trading on the Bybit sub-account is strictly prohibited. Any spot trading activity may result in account suspension. - Only USDT trading pairs are allowed on Bybit accounts. Trades placed on USDC pairs will not be counted toward the account’s simulated profit or evaluation results.
